I can build a clean, responsive one-page site from your ready text and images. It includes up to five content sections, clear navigation, working contact links, editable source files and one revision. Delivery is two working days after the content, scope and access are confirmed.

What you receive

• One English-language static HTML/CSS/JS page, with up to five supplied content sections and a footer.
• Mobile and desktop layouts checked at 320, 390, 768 and 1440 px.
• Working navigation and agreed email/phone/contact links, keyboard focus and readable controls.
• Your supplied images sized for the page, source files and a short handover.
• One revision within the agreed content and layout scope.

What is outside the price

A domain, paid hosting, a CMS or platform migration, ecommerce, accounts, CRM, live form delivery, API integrations, original photography and ongoing maintenance. Search rankings, traffic and sales growth are not guaranteed. A small addition can be quoted separately before work starts.

Payment and acceptance

On a freelance platform, fund the agreed $125 milestone before work starts and release it after acceptance under that platform’s rules. For direct work, agree the available payment route first: a $50 first milestone covers the agreed layout preview; $75 covers the completed page and source handover. This is a proposed arrangement, not a promise that a particular payment provider is available.

Acceptance means all agreed content is present, the specified links work, the page has no horizontal overflow at the tested widths, keyboard navigation works and the agreed revision is complete. A reported defect within the agreed scope is corrected before acceptance. New pages or integrations require a new scope.

Honest demonstration

The Fieldwork pages are original examples for a fictional business. The form generates a local preview only and never sends information. A real contact route would use the owner’s verified details; a live submission system is a separate agreed item.
